It boasts STUNNING, beautiful location close enough to El Toro restaurant, town centre and underground parking and the grocery store. The rooms are surprisingly big and huge here with a jacuzzi, balcony and comfortable bed.

Liked our neat and huge room and exceptionally comfortable beds. There where a microwave oven, a coffeemaker and a fridge upon arrival. It was in a very central setting to everything in Banff town.

The hotel is well located, the room is large, the beds are good and comfortable, has a microwave, the reception staff were friendly. The only problem was a faucet that dripped all night, disturbing sleep. I asked a worker to repair it, but the problem continued. The wireless worked well.

The hot tub was a nice way to unwind after a day of exploring, even though we didn't have time to try out the sauna. One small hiccup was parking, as the spots are a bit tight, but that didn't take away from the overall great experience 😊

Room was too hot, could not control heat. Had to turn on the air conditioner to make the room livable.
